- dopamine (by performing a workout or achieving a desired body shape, one gets satisfaction and pleasure),

- serotonin (physical activity makes depression go away)

- endorphins (reduce muscle pain after strength training).

▫️ Visiting a new place, interesting event, relaxing massage, hugs. Anything that can induce a smile stimulates the production of serotonin and endorphins.

▫️ Sunlight. Under the influence of ultraviolet light, the human body produces vitamin D, a crucial element to the production of serotonin. 

▫️ Foods that contain tryptophan (see the Happiness section to know which foods contain it).

▫️ Playing with pets.
